There is something quietly powerful about pressing pause. About stepping away from the emails, the deadlines, the endless to-do lists, and listening to what rises in the silence. Taking a break is not an escape. It is a form of self-respect. It is a recalibration. It is a way of saying: my presence matters, not just my productivity.
